Nice to meet ya! 

I'm Sara. I'm a wife, a mother, an author, a person who once found herself at her nine-month pregnancy weight--without a baby causing the number on my scale.

Unless you count food babies. 

No? Me neither. 

I had to acknowledge my bad habits. (McDonald's addiction, anyone?) And I had to pick up some good ones. (Ketosis, exercise, gratitude and mindset, FOR THE WIN.)

The craziest thing happened. While, yes, I dropped about 25 pounds, that part became the least important to me. It’s what started happening in my brain that changed my life the most.

I stopped hitting midday slumps. I stopped feeling so scatterbrained, so distracted.

I started being present with my daughter.

I felt happier, less anxious, more motivated than I had in a very, very long time.
