Reviewed, compiled, and communicated the results to leadership, allowing them to identify potential issues or areas for improvement quickly and proactively.
Employee Engagement: Designed a monthly recognition newsletter in which employees were encouraged to nominate their peers for the ways they exhibited one (or more) of the company’s five core values. These newsletters boosted employee engagement (over 400 nominations in the first year alone!) and helped to ensure that accomplishments were acknowledged company-wide.
